Who We Are

Hi, I'm Glenn, the owner and inspector of Grade A Inspections. I've always believed that homes tell stories- and it's my job to make sure yours doesn't have any hidden chapters.

I grew up around the trades. My dad was a master plumber and master electrician who ran his own plumbing and electrical company. From a young age, I was right there with him- holding the flashlight, handing over tools, and soaking in the work ethic, skill, and pride he brought to every job. That foundation shaped everything I do today.

Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I spent years in the pest control industry. That experience taught me how to spot the subtle signs of infestation, structural damage, and moisture issues that many people overlook. It's another layer of insight I bring to every inspection, helping you make truly informed decisions about your home.
